To request deletion of your data, send an email containing:

• Subject: Request for Data Deletion – Lexivio
• To: support@mobilesog.com
• Email Body:
  • Your Username or Player ID
  • The Email Address linked to your account
  • A clear request to delete all personal data for “Lexivio”

What Happens After the Request?

Our support team will:

1. Review and verify your request
2. Delete your account data according to our internal policies
3. Confirm deletion via email

Important: Data deletion is permanent. All game progress, stored data, and account information will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
